Ordering
To enjoy the shopping at RESTIR.COM, you must sign-up for our FREE membership account.
Please select “color”,” size” and “quantity” first then move the item to you shopping cart.To proceed to checkout, you must fill in all the required information.
Once your order has been placed, you will be instantly receiving “Order Confirmation e-mail” from us.When you are not receiving confirmation e-mail, please check your email-address and make sure that the address is same, as you have registered.You may also check your order history from “MY PAGE” at RESTIR.COM.You must login first to view your account.
Order cancellation cannot be made over internet.Please contact our customer service via e-mail as soon as possible(service available in English/Japanese).

Pricing
Price excluding Japanese consumption tax and international shipping cost will be displayed by selecting “language” and “currency” at the top-right section. Please note that the price is only estimated calculation, which is based on current currency exchange rate.Once you place your order, total amount in your invoice will be shown in Japanese yen.
If you are a resident of Japan, please select “Japanese yen” to view your actual cost.
Payment
For all the oversea orders, we only accept the payment by credit cards (VISA / MASTER / JCB / AMERICAN EXPRESS / DINERS). Please note that the services of installment payment plan, the COD (cash on delivery) and the delivery date specification are not available for the customers in overseas.
For your security purpose, we will verify your credit card and the cardholder’s information directly with your credit card company. If any suspicious uses are reported, we immediately inform you the contents of the report via e-mail and your order shall be cancelled. Please note that the process may take a while and the orders will not be shipped until your credit card company verifies your credit card.
Delivery Estimates
Orders will normally be delivered to you within 2-4 business days from the ordering.
Tracking-number will be sent to your registered email address when orders are dispatched.

∗For delivery terms of pre-order or reserved items, please be guided accordingly each item page. Order will normally be shipped out as soon as the item arrives to us.
Shipping
All international orders exceeding 50,000 yen in cost are shipped FREE of charge.Orders must exceed the minimum excluding taxes and other charges for FREE shipping.
For all international orders under 50,000 yen, shipping cost is flat rate of 5,000 yen.
Please note that customers solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required.
Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders(within Japan) over 5,000yen including tax. For other orders, shipping costs 525yen/each order.
Returns and Exchanges
RESTIR.COM accepts returns and exchanges for any reasons.
Please contact our customer service via e-mail within 7days from you receive your order.
Return policy
Except returning inferior items, return-shipping fees are customer’s sole responsibility. Please note that customers also solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required. To return item, please send e-mail to our customer service prior to shipment, then ship the item prepaid to the address below. Please DO NOT forget to write “RETURN” on your RETURN INVOICE. We will arrange you a refund by canceling your credit card payment. Please note that return import fees (when acceptable) will be refunded separately.
Please note that refund may take several days if you made your payment by debit card.
Non-Acceptable
Worn, damaged, washed, soiled or altered item.
Unauthorized return with no request has been made in advance.
Item shipped by cash on delivery without our agreement.
Exchange policy

To exchanging items, please send e-mail to our customer service prior to shipment, then ship the item prepaid to the address below. Please DO NOT forget that you MUST write “RETURN” on your RETURN INVOICE. Shipping cost for replacement item is FREE of charge up to one time per item however, payment of import fee is still the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a customer wishes to exchange for an alternative style or wishes to exchange the item more than once, it will be considered as a return and a customer must make a new order for a replacement item.
